Grab some snacks, daydream with us, and let your wanderlust run wild. Here are our favourite 8 films on Netflix that will make you want to jump on a plane. Like, right now.
1. The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013)
Break out of your daily routine and explore the world? You’re a man after my own heart, Mr. Mitty.
2. Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008)
Oh, Hawaii—glorious Hawaii. We love this movie because it’s hilarious, but it’s impossible to ignore all of that stunning island scenery as well.
3. Tracks (2013)
We were definitely inspired for a trip Down Under by Robyn’s 1600-mile walk through the Australian desert. It’s based on a true story, and it’s as crazy and gorgeous as it sounds.
4. Midnight in Paris (2011)
A wise woman named Audrey Hepburn once said that Paris is ALWAYS a good idea. To be honest, we would wander around Paris all day and night, in any year, with or without the celebrity companions.
5. Lord of the Rings (2001)
Not only is it a timeless and epic trilogy, but everything from the Hobbit houses to the stunning landscapes makes us wanna explore New Zealand ASAP.
6. The Beach (2000)
A young Leo DiCaprio on an impossibly perfect yet 100% real Thai island may be the closest thing to paradise we’ve ever seen.
7. Eat Pray Love (2010)
Who doesn’t want to watch Julia Roberts wander the earth on a journey to find herself? Prepare for new daydreams about Italy, India, and Bali once the credits roll.
8. Catch Me if You Can (2002)
Another Leo classic! His methods are super questionable, but his worldwide shenanigans make us wanna pack our bags too.
